This strategic funding will enable Singular Global to rapidly scale its flagship platforms: SingularDEX, an AI-powered decentralized exchange aggregator, and the Singular App, a stablecoin-native neobank designed to expand financial inclusion in emerging markets.

The Singular App addresses the needs of users in regions with volatile currencies and limited banking access, offering global payments, staking rewards, and diversified investment options—all powered by stablecoins pegged to major fiat currencies.
The $20 million token subscription facility from GEM Digital will support product launches, liquidity provisioning, and user acquisition efforts. Singular Global is also preparing to launch the Singular Dollar (USDs), a crypto-collateralized synthetic stablecoin engineered for low-cost, frictionless payments and yield generation within the DeFi ecosystem.
